Returns & Refund Policy

If the conditions outlined in our refund policy are met, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Online purchases can be returned by post. Please contact contact me de.light.jewl@gmail.com to obtain the return address. Kindly note that delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is returned due to your statutory rights (e.g. if the item is faulty or not as described).

Returns must meet the following criteria:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase along with the original receipt.

• Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unused, with all tags and labels attached.
